My mom bought a huge mat from Frontgate, but it was too thick, as she uses a walker and isn't too steady. This mat is thin enough that she doesn't trip, but sturdy and very nice looking for her large, elegant entry.We have been looking at $150+ monogrammed doormat on frontgate.com but couldn't bring ourselves to pay that much. Found this for less than a $100 and we are impressed with the quality. Our neighbor has one from frontgate, although it is a bit thicker it is not that much of a better quality. It already shows considerable signs of wear like all doormats that are left outside in the elements. This looks just as good for less than half the price.This welcome mat looks great on our 60" double door!The first one came damaged but Amazon shipped a replacement immediately. Can't speak to the durability of it since we just received it but it's pretty thick. I was worried the welcome mat would be gigantic but it's a great size.Looks just as pictures. Thick and sturdy. I have only had it for a few weeks but seems to be holding up. We will see if the black paint staysWe waited for the product to arrive and when it did, it was pack incredible well which made us thing of great star. Only a good company take's the time to pack it like they did. Clearly they are proud of their product and knows how to protect it. We love it, Love it.This is a great quality rug!
