They were a little tight. I ordered my normal shoe size. They did stretch and end up very comfortable after a few days.I purchased these sandals as a comfy pair to leave up at our cottage. When they arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they are!! These quickly became my favorite pair of casual summer sandals, and I wear them all the time! Our cottage is on a hill, and these have the perfect tread to keep from slipping and sliding while walking up and down the hill!! I will definitely purchase another pair of these! They are awesome!!I’ve been trying to find a replacement for my Adidas comfort flip flops that are no longer available. I have bought several pairs of flip flops this summer and these provide the best cushion for the $$. Most are too thin or too rigid to provide enough cushion on impact when I walk my active dog. Would buy these again.I’m flat footed and I need a pair that’s not jamming up my arch, which I don’t have. These things are so comfortable I love them!ETA: After seeing my review the company reached out to me and offered to send me a size 12 pair to see if that would fit. I got them a few days ago and they do fit! So for me the size 10 fit my daughter and my mother in law who are both a size 8. The size 12 they sent to me turns out to be a perfect size 10. These are actually really comfortable! I have been wearing them for a few days and I am really happy with them. They are much more comfortable than my old pair. The strap across the top of your foot I must say I think is the most comfortable strap I have ever had a on a flip flop. I think they seem like they will last a long time. I am really happy with these.I ordered my size because the reviews were a little mixed. I am guessing there is some sizing inconsistency or something. Because several said run small, others said these fit perfectly. I got my normal size 10. They came and I tried them on, they are two sizes too small. I looked at the tags thinking that actually there had to be a mistake they were so small. Nope it said 10, which is what I ordered.I gave them to my daughter who is a size 9 and she said they weren't awful but they were a little small. So we checked with the next daughter down who wears a size 8 and they fit her well. So these are sized way off in a 10. They don't come close to the right size.The quality seems good. But I will say that the sole is harder feeling then I thought. There is what I would call a very thin foam rubber layer but by no means is it soft and squishy like feel memory foam brings to mind.That being said, I am unhappy because I spent so much time looking and trying to find a good flip flop, only to have these not work. They will work for my daughter, but normally I would not spend quite that much on the kids for flip flops as they tend to be harder on them, wearing them out and breaking them faster than I do. To be honest this was a splurge for me because I wouldn't normally pay more than $10 at the local store for a pair. I won't return them because that's a hassle, but I am sadly disappointed in the fit of these.I like the fit, they were comfortable when they were new. I wear my flip flops everyday from the first nice day of spring until it snows again in the fall. This pair of flip flops didn’t quite make it for the whole season. They wore out faster than I was expecting and that is unfortunate because it was a decent price and seemed liked they would last longer but wore out. I would recommend if your not a daily flip flop wearer or if you want something comfortable for short term wear.this was my second pair and I love the fit and comfort but I've gone thru 2 pairs in a year. This time they only lasted from May to July. It's a shame b/c they're so comfortable.Very comfortable, however, my feet got black after wearing for a day.
