It’s well constructed and can handle swings without falling apart, takes a licking an has minimal shedding from the rough portion. It’s much more heavier than my old hitting mat still moves but not as much . I chip in the house it works great. As a newer golfer I thought it beneficial to practice on various “grass” heights in the back yard.My son loves the 3 different turfs to hit from, however one of the turfs started to peel from the backing shortly after he got it. We store it flat, so it isn’t even folded along the creases. The mat is still playable, despite the flaw.This is literally my favorite practice tool!
