I would recommendWhen I read the description of this product I was excited but a bit worried about what kind of quality this would be. I have 3 very rough and tumble grand kids that I have recently been taking to the parks and lakes and was uncertain if it would stand up to their antics. Boy was I surprised!!As you can see by the product description and the pictures, that the item was quite compact which is great. But don't let the small size of the packaging fool you, the beach mat is HUGE when laid out. It will indeed hold 4-9 people easily.The fabic is thin making it light weight, but I found it to be very durable as well. Enough that having the kids run over it, even when advised not to, it stood up very well. It is very strong for being so thin and light weight, I have no doubt this is going to hold up fantastically on our next camping trip and beach trip.The shipping was super fast and it arrived just as we were leaving for the lake to let the kids play on the beach and in the water. I was super stoked that when we were done, the sand and dirt feel right off, NOTHING was tracked in my car. I hate trying to get sand out of my car upolstry and carpets! But one of the best features is that because it is water proof, when we got to the car it was large enough that I could put across my seats and keep my seats dry from the kids' wet clothes. I am very happy I don't have to have that wet/damp smeel permiating my car, especially in the Texas hot sun.Also, I should mention, unless I missed it I didsn't see where it stated it came with stakes to hold it down against the wind, so I was super excited to see that they were included! Awesome bonus! We didn't need the stakes, but will certain use them in the future on our next camping trip.Great product, great price!! It is super light weight, water proof, has many great uses, I found it to be extremely durable with having no worries about it ripping or falling apart.I got this blanket just in time to take to the beach for Father's Day. Pretty large in size. It comes with 4 spikes to keep the blanket down on windy days. Included is a carry bag to keep everything together. The sand rolls off the blanket, so you don't have to worry about carrying sand back home at the end of the day. The quality seems like it will last a long time to come. Great price.
